About Us
From keeping in touch with loved ones to managing errands, photos, and entertainment, technology is part of everyday life. But every now and then, something new pops up or stops working and it’s nice to have someone you trust to walk you through it. That’s where we come in.
We’re Hannah and Gilad (Gooli), a young couple living on the Mediterranean. Our lives are full of friends and family, and most weekends you’ll find us surrounded by them. One evening, after a particularly busy weekend, we started talking about how much technology shapes everyday moments — and how frustrating or alienating it can feel when it doesn’t work.
Ever since he was young, friends and family have turned to Gooli for tech help thanks to his knack for all things tech and his patient, jargon-free explanations. I’ve always loved helping people overcome obstacles, big or small, breaking things into manageable steps and meeting people where they are so learning feels easy, not overwhelming.
